Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

How to Return

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Cash payments will be refunded in cash, while InstaPay or e-wallet payments will be refunded through the same channel.
